  1. Instant Renewal: After you apply, your license or registration renewal will be approved quickly without extra checks by authorities, but there are some conditions:

    • No Changes Allowed: You cannot change any details of your current license or registration.

      • For License: Renewals will only be valid for 1 year.
      • For Registration: Renewals can be for 1 to 5 years, depending on what you choose and pay when applying.
  2. Suspension or Cancellation: If your license or registration has been suspended or canceled, you cannot renew it.

  3. Annual Returns: Starting November 10, 2022, food business operators (FBOs) who are manufacturers and importers must file their annual returns before renewing for the financial year 2021-2022 and onward.
